How It Works

1. List an Asset
Any asset in your system can be added to the Marketplace with a simple click. Just select "Add to Marketplace", and the asset becomes available for others to browse.

2. Browse & Order
Departments can explore listed assets in a familiar e-shop-style interface, filtering by category, availability, and location. When an asset is needed, they can place an order directly within the system.

3. Use Budget Codes & Track Orders
The Marketplace integrates with budget codes, allowing departments to track and manage spending. Once an order is placed, it moves through a structured workflow, ensuring smooth approval and accountability.

4. Sign for Acceptance
Upon delivery, recipients can sign for acceptance digitally, completing the transfer and maintaining a transparent record within Atlas Assets.
